TENDER DESCRIPTION

These services and security studies are intended to cover, as applicable: • the definition and implementation of security policies, • security dashboards, • the development and/or analysis of security architectures, • PKI infrastructures and, in particular, the drafting of certification policies, • the delivery of security training and training materials, • the implementation of security components such as Bastion, Reverse-proxy, authentication server (e.g. RSA Access Manager), SSO server, • the preparation of an expertise or study on a component, a protocol, or a security regulation, • the provision of services relating to the GIE SESAM-Vitale Business Continuity Plan, • analysis of security and “Information Technology and Freedoms” files submitted by candidate publishers for a referencing process, • providing a reversibility dossier enabling a new Contracting Party to continue work on a complex subject. Lot 1 is awarded to one operator. An operator holding lot 1 may also be awarded lots 2 and 4, but may not be awarded lot 3.
