TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the supplementary health insurance scheme for all employees of EPIC U Caminu di Ferru di a Corsica as provided for in the collective agreement of 15 October 2025, which establishes a mandatory scheme for the reimbursement of medical expenses. The health cost scheme will be jointly financed by the employer and the employee for its mandatory base. It must also provide an optional package at the sole expense of the employee. The scheme must provide for the continuation of the coverage: - for former employees unemployed beyond the portability period provided for by regulations - for former retired employees in accordance with the legislation of the Evin law - for employees whose employment contract is suspended and without pay. The financing of these continuations being exclusively at the expense of the beneficiaries. The income statements for 2023, 2024, 2025 as well as the table of desired guarantees are attached to this notice.
