TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the supplementary health insurance scheme for all employees of EPIC U Caminu di Ferru di a Corsica as provided in the collective agreement of 15 October 2025, providing for a mandatory medical expense reimbursement scheme. The health expense scheme will be co-financed by the employer and the employee for its mandatory base. It must also provide an optional plan at the sole expense of the employee. The scheme must provide for the continuation of coverage: - for former employees unemployed beyond the portability period provided by the regulations - for former retired employees in accordance with the legislation of the Evin law - for employees whose employment contract is suspended and without remuneration. The financing of these continuations being exclusively charged to the concerned parties. The income statements for 2023, 2024, 2025 as well as the table of desired coverages are attached to this notice.
