TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service contract aimed at covering the statutory risks of SyAGE agents, including the following mandatory minimum guarantees: 1. Death 2. Long-term illness and long-duration illness, therapeutic part-time, temporary disability, 3. Maternity (including pathological leave), paternity, child care or adoption 4. Service accident or illness resulting from the exercise of duties, therapeutic part-time, unfitness considering the after-effects of the accident or occupational disease. The insurer may propose additional services in its offer such as the production of statistics, the ability to propose prevention actions, support in managing claims against liable third parties, etc. These services must be included in the premium proposed in the commitment act. Two possible additional optional services are planned: therapeutic part-time and birth leave. Variants are not allowed.
