TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service contract aiming to cover the statutory risks of SyAGE agents, including the following mandatory minimum guarantees: 1. Death 2. Long-term illness and long-duration illness, therapeutic part-time, temporary disability, 3. Maternity (including pathological leave), paternity, child reception or adoption 4. Occupational accident or illness resulting from the exercise of duties, therapeutic part-time, unfitness considering the sequelae of the accident or occupational disease. The insurer may propose in its offer additional services such as for example the production of statistics, the ability to propose preventive actions, support for the management of claims against responsible third parties, etc. These services must be included in the premium proposed in the commitment act. Two possible additional optional services are planned: therapeutic part-time and birth leave. Variants are not allowed.
