The consultation concerns the subscription of "construction" type insurance guarantees of the "building damage" type covering the demolition and reconstruction operation of the A. France College in Châteaudun, of which the buyer is the project owner. For information, the estimated amount of the operation (including all taxes - fees included) is 25,299,600 euro(s) (all lots) and 22,043,473 euro(s) (excluding demolition). This consultation concerns only the subscription of the building damage insurance. The CCRD will be subscribed by the joint venture holding the overall performance contract. This consultation is organized as an OPEN TENDER under the application of articles L 2124-2 and R 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. It is reserved for organizations carrying and provisioning the risks object of the contract they are applying for and for which they have an approval from the national supervisory authority to which they belong.
