The consultation concerns the subscription of "construction" insurance guarantees of the "building damage" type securing the demolition and reconstruction operation of College A. France in Châteaudun, for which the buyer is the contracting authority. For information, the estimated amount of the operation (including all taxes - fees included) is 25,299,600 euro(s) (all lots) and 22,043,473 euro(s) (excluding demolition). This consultation concerns only the subscription of the building damage insurance. The CCRD will be subscribed by the consortium holding the overall performance contract. This consultation is organized as an OPEN CALL FOR TENDERS conducted pursuant to Articles L 2124-2 and R 2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. It is reserved for bodies bearing and provisioning the risks subject to the contract to which they apply and for which they have an approval from the national supervisory authority to which they report. Insurance intermediaries presenting insurance operations may also apply as a supplement to these bodies.
