ASSURANCE DOMMAGES-OUVRAGE AVEC CCRD : Prolongation de la ligne B du métro de Toulouse

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This consultation concerns the subscription of Building Damage Insurance (DO) policies with a Collective Decennial Liability Contract (CCRD) for the works of the extension of the Toulouse metro line (Line B connection). This 2.7 km long extension includes 2 stations and an operations facility, and allows connection between the municipalities of Ramonville and Labège, while serving the aeronautical and technological sectors of the south-east of the Toulouse conurbation and creating a connection between the previously existing Line B and the under-construction Line C of the metro. This extension is carried out as both an underground and elevated connection, comprising 500 m of tunnels and 2.2 km of elevated viaducts. The total estimated amount for the construction operation of the Line B connection is 250 million euro(s) and the estimated amount relating to the construction of the stations and the operations facility is 26,687,703 euro(s). As an indication, the contract award is expected in February-March 2027. The opening of the works to the public is estimated around September 2027.
