TENDER DESCRIPTION

The estimated execution period for the works is set at 19.5 months (including preparation period, holiday periods, number of days of bad weather, handover periods) and 12 months of guarantee of perfect completion. The review clauses (= amendments) are listed in the special administrative clauses. The effective date of Lot 1 insurance for Builder’s Risk (Dommages-Ouvrage) and CCRD is set either on the date on which the contract notification is received by the contractor, or on the date of the construction site opening declaration, if this is later than the date of notification of the insurance contract. For the Builder’s Risk (DO) component: The cover takes effect, in accordance with the legal provisions and the applicable standard clauses, from the date of final acceptance of the works and expires at the end of a period of ten (10) years from that same date (decennial guarantee period), with extensions prior to acceptance and covering the perfect completion period.
