TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract consists of a group insurance (life - death) under branch 21 aimed at a new supplementary pension plan of the second pillar type. This plan will be divided into two categories of personnel: - Staff members; - Management members. The 2025 payroll of the company "Habitat Solidaire de Hesbaye" was €1,074,973.06 and is estimated for 2026 at €1,182,470. The total payroll amounts mentioned in this specification are provided for information purposes only to allow tenderers to assess the scale of the contract. For the purpose of comparing offers, only the data contained in the standardized simulation annex is binding. The company wishes to offer staff members (20 employees) a group insurance plan equivalent to 5% of the payroll for employees and 6.5% of the payroll for management. Important note This contract is reserved for insurance companies authorized to carry out life insurance operations under branch 21 in Belgium, in accordance with the approvals and controls applicable by the competent authorities, notably the National Bank of Belgium and the FSMA.
