TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract consists of a group insurance policy (life - death) under class 21, aimed at a new supplementary pension plan of the second pillar type. This plan will be divided into two categories of staff: - Staff members; - Management members. The 2025 payroll mass of the company “Habitat Solidaire de Hesbaye” was €1,074,973.06 and was estimated for 2026 at €1,182,470. The overall payroll mass figures mentioned in this specification are provided for information purposes only in order to allow tenderers to assess the scope of the contract. For the purposes of comparing tenders, only the data set out in the standardized simulation annex shall be relied upon. The company wishes to offer staff members (20 employees) a group insurance plan equivalent to 5% of the payroll mass for employees and 6.5% of the payroll mass for management. Important remark This contract is reserved for insurance undertakings authorised to carry out in Belgium life insurance operations falling under class 21, in accordance with the approvals and controls applicable by the competent authorities, in particular the National Bank of Belgium and the FSMA.
