This contract’s purpose is, subject to the clauses and conditions set out in these special specifications, the implementation and management of the two new pension schemes of Ipalle, under each of which a group insurance scheme for branch 21 is established for contract staff employed on the date on which the new schemes enter into force, and for those who join on 1 January 2027 or later.
