TENDER DESCRIPTION

The tenderer must submit a single overall tender meeting the requirements stated. The response to the base solution is mandatory. However, due to the specific nature of public insurance contracts, the tenderer may submit a free variant, solely by stating reservations, provided that it meets the minimum requirements below. This variant then replaces the base solution. Minimum requirements: Civil liability and related risks: The candidate must offer cover of the “all risks except” type. The amount of the insurance cover may not be less than EUR 15,000,000 for all damages combined and EUR 5,000,000 for consequential material and non-material damages. Its offer must provide coverage for all the main liabilities borne by the policyholder. The structure of the requests must be accepted (compliance with the amounts of the general deductible and the imposed variant). This lot includes a variant imposed by the contracting authority, constituting an alternative to the base offer.
