TENDER DESCRIPTION

The policyholder wishes to set up an insurance contract intended to cover sudden and fortuitous material damage, directly caused to the insured assets only and resulting from an insured event, subject to the application of the general exclusions and limits set out below, as well as, when they are directly consequent thereto: - costs and losses, - business interruption losses and / or additional business interruption costs, - the pecuniary consequences of the liabilities incurred by the insured. The list of guarantees requested and the contractual provisions are specified in the Special Conditions Book for Lot No 1.
