TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the procurement is laundry services for residents’ and owner’s textiles for the Satakunta wellbeing services county. The Contracting Entity may remove or add new items to the contract, for the laundry services of the Contracting Entity’s customers’ textiles for which the Contracting Entity is responsible. The subject matter of the procurement and the requirements relating to it are described in this request for tenders and in the following annexes: - Service description (Annex 1) - Terms for the processing of personal data (Annex 2.1) - Information security requirements evaluation form (Annex 2.2) - Information security requirements contract annex (Annex 2.3) - General terms and conditions for public procurements JYSE 2025 Services (Annex 3) - Draft contract (Annex 4) - Operating locations (Annex 5) The contract period begins at the time of signature and is valid for two (2) years. After the fixed term, the contract continues for an indefinite period. During the indefinite-term contract period, the Contracting Entity’s notice period is six (6) months and the Service Provider’s notice period is nine (9) months.
