TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive, which entered into force on 01.01.2025, provides that Member States must draw up an integrated plan for the management of urban wastewater for wastewater collecting areas of at least 100 000 p.e. In addition, an integrated plan for the management of urban wastewater must also be drawn up for wastewater collecting areas in the range of 10 000 p.e. to 100 000 p.e., which meet the criteria laid down in the Directive.
