TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the purchase of new food packaging boxes to be delivered for use by Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy. The boxes are used to pack, transport and handle GN trays, food bags and food containers in the transport chain between the production kitchen, the terminal and the service kitchens. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the tender documents and their appendices, in particular Appendix 1 “Description of the subject of the procurement”. DELIVERY SCHEDULE The food packaging boxes must be delivered and available in weeks 51–52 (2026). The delivery schedule and the delivery address are defined in more detail in Appendix A “Procurement contract” of the tender documents. CONTRACT PERIOD The procurement is a one-time supply contract. The procurement contract enters into force when the procurement decision has become final and the contract has been signed. The contract ends when all obligations under the contract have been fulfilled. SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The estimated value of the procurement is approximately EUR 80,000 (VAT 0%).
