TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement covers the arrangement of meals and café services and conference catering for students and staff in the kitchen and restaurant premises owned by the Joint Authority for Education OSAO. Contract period: The contract begins on 28.12.2026 and remains in force until further notice. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately 4,700,000 € (VAT 0%). The service will be provided at the following premises: - OSAO’s Kontinkangas premises (Here, students and staff of Oamk and the City of Oulu at Kontinkangas also dine.) - OSAO’s Kotkantie 2 premises - OSAO’s site canteen (Pirilä, Kempele) The services included in the contract are used by both the Joint Authority for Education OSAO, students and staff of Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Oamk), and students and staff of the upper secondary level of the City of Oulu. In addition, representatives of agreed stakeholders use the services separately. The procurement is carried out together with Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Oamk) and the City of Oulu (Public Procurement Act Section 21).
