TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract covers arranging students’ and staff meal and café services as well as meeting catering in the kitchen and restaurant facilities owned by the Federation of Education and Training OSAO. Contract period: The contract begins on 28.12.2026 and shall be valid until further notice. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately 4,700,000 € (VAT 0%). The service applies to the following sites: - OSAO’s Kontinkangas site (Here, Oamk and the city of Oulu’s Kontinkangas students and staff also have meals) - OSAO’s Kotkantie 2 site - OSAO’s site-based workplace catering (Pirilä, Kempele) The catering services included in the contract are used by students and staff of the Federation of Education and Training OSAO, Oulu University of Applied Sciences Ltd (Oamk) and the city of Oulu’s upper secondary education sector. In addition, representatives of stakeholders who have been separately agreed use the services.
