TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the Cloud licences for Atlassian software used by Tiera Oy (hereinafter Tiera or the Contracting Authority), as well as expert services related to the support and maintenance service for Atlassian tools and small-scale development. In addition, the procurement includes Atlassian licence management, as well as separately project-based work related to changes and extensions and to the utilisation of the application. The selected service provider will implement the service handover in cooperation at the start of the contract. The aim is flexible and cost-effective licence management and support and expert services that support Tiera’s operations. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 to the tender request (Description of the procurement). The duration of the contract will be in the form of 3+1 years.
