    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    INITIAL SITUATION - LAND AND EXISTING BUILDING The office building Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 3 (the so-called Atrium House) is owned by WVV Wiesbaden Holding GmbH. Since 2010, all office spaces have been leased to the Faculty of Law of the European Business School (EBS). Temporary building permits were granted for the conversion for university purposes. Various conversions have been made in this context. The lease with the EBS has ended. The EBS moved out at the beginning of 2025. The so-called "Atrium House" was constructed in 1993/94 as a detached office and administrative building in solid construction. The building has above-ground dimensions of approximately 55 m x 55 m and comprises a garage level (level 0) as well as three upper floors (levels 1-3). From 2010 onwards, the building was partly used as a university site of the European Business School within the framework of a temporary building permit. This permit has now expired, so the original building permit for an office building from 1994 is currently authoritative again.
