SITE CONDITIONS - PLOT OF LAND AND EXISTING BUILDING STOCK The office building Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 3 (the so-called Atrium-Haus) is owned by WVV Wiesbaden Holding GmbH. Since 2010, all office space has been rented to the Faculty of Law of the European Business School (EBS). For the conversion for purposes of higher education, temporary building permits have been issued. In this context, various alterations were carried out. The lease with EBS has ended. EBS moved out at the beginning of 2025. The so-called "Atriumhaus" was constructed in the years 1993/94 as a freestanding office and administrative building using massive construction. The building has above-ground dimensions of approximately 55 m x 55 m and comprises a parking garage level (Level 0) and three upper floors (Levels 1-3). In the years from 2010 onwards, the building was partially used as a higher education location of the European Business School within the scope of a temporary building permit.
