TENDER DESCRIPTION
INITIAL SITUATION - PLOT OF LAND AND EXISTING BUILDINGS The office building Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 3 (the so-called Atrium-Haus) is owned by WVV Wiesbaden Holding GmbH. Since 2010, all office space has been leased to the Juristische Fakultät of the European Business School (EBS). Temporary building permits have been issued for the change of use for purposes of higher education. In this context, various alterations have been carried out. The lease agreement with EBS has ended. EBS moved out at the beginning of 2025. The so-called “Atriumhaus” was built in the years 1993/94 as a detached office and administrative building using heavy construction methods. The building has dimensions above ground of approximately 55 m x 55 m and comprises a garage storey (level 0) and three upper storeys (levels 1-3). From 2010 onwards, the building was used in part as a higher education site for the European Business School within the framework of a temporary building permit. This permit has now expired, so the original building permit for an office building from 1994 is currently again the relevant one.
