TENDER DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the competition: to select the project proposals that best meet the urban, architectural and functional aspects and other requirements (listed in these competition conditions, in the task "Reconstruction of the Utena City Multifunctional Sports Complex", which corresponds to the project’s architectural idea. Cash prizes will be awarded to the authors of the project proposals that take 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in this competition: 1st place – EUR 6,000; 2nd place – EUR 4,000; 3rd place – EUR 3,000. This procurement is carried out without providing for the conclusion of a procurement contract.
