Audio-Netcast-Bundesliga-Berichterstattung 2027-2029

TENDER DESCRIPTION

Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR) would like to award in this procurement procedure services for the development, implementation and operation of a cloud-based transmission and processing system for Audio-Netcast reporting of the German football Bundesliga, as well as for other competitions. The Audio-Netcast Bundesliga package is an ARD offer with live full match reports from all matches of the first and second Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League with German participation, the DFB-Pokal and the Supercup as an audio stream. For all matches, full match report streams of individual matches are offered. In total, this amounts to up to 720 matches per season. In addition, there are conferences for matches taking place in parallel. The audio streams are available in apps and on various online platforms (e.g. Sportschau app, wdr2.de) as well as in various voice assistant systems (e.g. Alexa). The streams are supplemented by a live moderated programming framework, created using WDR’s own production technology.
