TENDER DESCRIPTION
The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) Contractor for the supply of audiovisual media (AV media), including the related services. VNOG intends to provide an integrated service in which the Contractor is responsible for the delivery, installation, maintenance and management of AV media as well as for user support in the form of telephone support remotely, training and manuals. The supplier acts as the sole point of contact and bears full contractual, operational and quality responsibility, regardless of the deployment of any subcontractors. The annually estimated value of the Agreement is €87,500 exclusive of VAT. The total estimated value of the Agreement for the entire term is €350,000 exclusive of VAT.
