TENDER DESCRIPTION

Audit services will be provided under the contract, in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing (ISA). In accordance with the provisions of art. 221 of Law 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, and respecting article 17 of the Service Contract, any changes that may occur during the contract execution period relate to, but are not limited to, the following: a) Contracting parties; b) Verification and Acceptance; c) Subcontractors; d) Legislative Changes/Amendments; e) Contract duration. Changes will be made after signing the contract, in accordance with contractual provisions, only if they do not constitute substantial modifications within the meaning of art. 221 para.
