Financial audit of the financial statements of the NFOŚiGW for the years 2026-2028 The subject of the contract is the service of auditing the financial statements of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management for the years 2026-2028, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 September 1994 on accounting (Journal of Laws 2023, item 120, as amended) and the Act of 27 April 2001 — Environmental Protection Law (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2556, as amended), the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finance (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1270, as amended), the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision (Journal of Laws 2023, item 1015) and other applicable provisions of law, as well as national financial audit standards.
