TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Hoyerswerda is the sponsor of 4 primary schools, 1 secondary school (Oberschule) and 2 grammar schools (Gymnasien). The contracting authority intends to award, for the schools mentioned, external cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor facilities including winter service, starting from 01.08.2027 to 31.07.2031, separately. This invitation to tender covers the external cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor facilities including winter service at the Lessing-Gymnasium. The requirements for the services to be provided arise from the service description as well as from the bill of quantities and services (Flächen- und Leistungsverzeichnis). Place of performance: Lessing-Gymnasium, Pestalozzistraße 1, 02977 Hoyerswerda; Annual area for external cleaning: approx. 69,350 m²; Winter service area: approx. 1,900 m²; Roadside/adjacent property maintenance obligations: approx. 1,795 linear metres; Winter service: approx. 180 linear metres
