The services required in each individual case to ensure the smooth running of events in the Lokhalle are correspondingly diverse and wide-ranging and cannot be fully provided by the GWG employees or by service providers commissioned by it. Rather, there is a need to support the Lokhalle employees in the installation, conversion and dismantling of grandstands. For a needs-based processing, the GWG therefore intends to commission the installation, conversion and dismantling of grandstands again externally. To this end, a contract for work is to be awarded for the installation, dismantling or conversion of grandstands. Various grandstand models are conceivable, which result from the models attached. The installation and dismantling must be completed within a time window of 12 hours within one day. The conversion must be completed within 1.5 days. During the regular contract term of three years, the expected total volume is estimated at a total of 36 installation, dismantling or conversion projects.
