Key service contents: The contractor supports HMC with the design, development, migration and optimisation of data and analytics solutions. This includes in particular: - Integration, transformation and preparation of data from different subject-area systems - Build-up and further development of data pipelines, data models as well as data-warehouse-, lakehouse- and cloud-storage structures - Development and optimisation of dashboards, reports and real-time reporting solutions based on Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric - User-centred data visualisation according to the principles of the International Business Communication Standards (IBCS) - Consulting on data architecture, governance, reporting standards and analytics strategy - Ensuring data quality, data security and compliance requirements - Carrying out test, quality and change-management measures - Error analysis, incident management and support in ongoing operations - Training and enabling the specialist departments, as well as conducting a structured knowledge transfer.
