TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the client for a three-storey office building with an underground car park at Wassermühlenstraße 43 in Kappeln. Floor area: 2,053 m², net usable area (NRF): 2,637 m², gross floor area (GRF): 668 m², underground car park floor area: 1,136 m². The building will be constructed as a reinforced concrete frame structure. Strip footings, reinforced concrete external walls of the underground car park and the cantilevered reinforced concrete ceiling will be cast in situ. The rising storeys ground floor (EG) and first floor (OG) will be made using precast reinforced concrete elements, steel system beams and prestressed hollow-core slab ceilings. The external walls are non-load-bearing and will be made of prefabricated timber frame wall elements. The storeys above the setback and the roof slab will therefore be built as a timber structure. The service being tendered includes the elevator system.
