Lift systems: # The subject of this tender is the replacement of the existing lift systems as part of the fire protection upgrading of the administrative and laboratory building of the Thuringian State Office for the Environment, Mining and Nature Conservation (TLUBN) in Jena: - 3 units: dismantling and proper disposal of the existing lift system - 1 unit: delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing of a rope hoist as a goods lift with a load capacity of 1,500 kg and suitable for transport of patients - 2 units: delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing of rope lifts as passenger lifts with a load capacity of 630 kg - Creation of smoke extraction for all three lift systems, including smoke suction systems (Enev kit) - Maintenance of the lift systems # Multiple main offers are permitted, whereby each main offer must be awardable on its own.
