TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement notice is a notice of the launch of a tender competition for the contract “Construction of Aurinkotie, Ratakatu and Tuulensuunkatu”. The construction site is the road construction and rehabilitation contract for the streets in the town plan area in the city centre of Naantali. The contract includes, among other things: construction of a new street, changes to the alignment of the streets, renewal of the wastewater pumping station, rehabilitation of municipal engineering, as well as the demolition of the district heating line and earthworks for the construction of a new district heating line. The procurement is governed by the Act on Public Contracts and Concession Contracts (Public Procurement Act, 1397/2016). The subject of the procurement is a construction contract below the national threshold value (Public Procurement Act, 1397/2016, Section 25). The contractor has the main performance obligation to construct the site in accordance with the plans and the tender request documents, including all labour costs, in accordance with these tender request documents.
