TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract to be awarded is the development of a framework plan or a functional plan based on the draft from the competitive dialogue. Part of the later commission also includes participation in the planning workshop for the update and harmonization of the draft with the results of the master plan procedure of Körber Technologies. The task of the planning teams is to develop a robust, implementation-oriented, and at the same time ambitious spatial concept. This should show how the location can be secured and further developed as an inner-city commercial and industrial site, and how it can be newly arranged in terms of urban planning, qualified in terms of open space, adapted climatically, and better connected in terms of transport. The aim is a development-capable framework that allows for future changes and adaptations, which presents a reliable transformation logic showing different time horizons, ownership structures, operational requirements, and possible development paths.
