TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract to be awarded is the elaboration of a framework plan or a functional plan based on the design from the competitive dialogue. Part of the subsequent commission is also participation in the planning workshop to update and harmonize the design with the results of the master plan procedure of Körber Technologies. The task of the planning teams is to develop a robust, implementation-oriented, and at the same time ambitious spatial concept. This should show how the location can be secured and further developed as an inner-city commercial and industrial site, and how it can be newly structured in terms of urban development, qualified in terms of open space, adapted climatically, and better networked in terms of traffic. The aim is a development-capable framework that enables future changes and adjustments, that provides a reliable transformation logic showing different time horizons, ownership structures, operational requirements, and possible development paths.
