TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract to be awarded is the development of a framework plan or functional plan based on the design from the competitive dialogue. Part of the later contract award also includes participation in the planning workshop to update and harmonize the design with the results of the Körber Technologies master plan process. The task of the planning teams is to develop a robust, implementation-oriented and at the same time ambitious spatial concept. This should show how the location can be secured and further developed as an inner-city commercial and industrial site, and how it can be newly organized urbanistically, qualified in terms of open space, adapted climatically and better connected in terms of transport. The aim is a development-capable framework that allows for future changes and adaptations, which provides a reliable transformation logic that reflects different time horizons, ownership structures, operational requirements and possible development paths.
