TENDER DESCRIPTION

Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") operates Frankfurt/Main Airport and, in addition, operates worldwide, either alone or together with third parties, several other airports, terminals and service companies. Fraport plans a complete spatial reorganization of the area of the high hall B mid together with the adjacent shopping areas "Avenue" and "Boulevard" in Terminal 1. The project area extends over levels E02, E03 and E04 in Terminal 1, building 203 of Frankfurt Airport, and comprises approximately 16,000 m2 of floor area. The implementation will be carried out in several construction phases. The contractor shall provide dry construction and painting works, and to a small extent interior plastering works. The dry construction works include, in addition to typical constructions made of gypsum boards on metal substructures, fire protection claddings of steel components as well as suspended ceilings made of metal panels and metal laths.
