TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the plot of land, plot no. L1340, Bühlenweg 20 in Riedikon, the Population Protection service group of the City of Uster operates a training centre. The total plot area comprises 28'573 m2, of which 10'400 m2 are used for the training centre, 4'600 m2 for renting to the dog club, and 9'300 m2 for agricultural subletting. 4'273 m2 is remaining area with forest and moorland. The training centre consists of various practice buildings and areas, as well as the associated cloakrooms, training, administration and storage rooms. The two fire houses have been newly built in recent years and are up to date. The outbuildings are partly in poor condition and urgently require refurbishment. Under the sublease agreement for the Zeughaus West site to a non-profit housing cooperative, civil protection must vacate this site in the foreseeable future and requires new vehicle parking/loading areas and a place for assembling. For these two reasons, it was decided to expand the training centre by adding a new logistics and administration centre.
