TENDER DESCRIPTION

Zweckverband Beilrode-Arzberg hereby intends to award the removal of faecal matter/sewage and the cleaning of the sewer and pumping works, including CCTV inspection with the emergency service, for a period of the next 3 years and for the entire association area of Zweckverband Beilrode-Arzberg. This is a regularly recurring procurement procedure. The details are set out in the performance specification attached to the procurement documents. The procurement procedure is not carried out in lots. Even with particular consideration of Section 97(4) of GWB and the SME promotion measures contained therein, the division into partial lots, e.g. with regard to the association area, does not appear to be sensible in the present case. Last but not least, due to the size of the association area, there are compelling economic reasons which make procurement in a single overall lot mandatory. The procurement documents include the respective forms and a detailed specification of services, which must be complied with in full.
