TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the extensive and detailed knowledge of your employees in SAP Basis activities and their active and innovative capacity to implement, you, as the SAP Basis contractor, are responsible for implementation for the basic administration of the UKA SAP system landscape. This includes database administration, ensuring the availability of the Basis functionality, and monitoring SAP operations including performance. In addition, you are responsible for active system optimization, interface configuration, client installations, SSO administration, certificate management, installing and monitoring support packages and notes, as well as problem analysis, error correction and troubleshooting. The contract term is initially 24 months with the possibility of extending it three times by a further 12 months each. The maximum contract term is therefore 60 months.
