TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the extensive and detailed knowledge of your employees in SAP Basis activities and their active and innovative capability to implement, you, as the SAP Basis contractor, are responsible for implementation for the basis administration of the SAP system landscape of UKA. This includes database administration, ensuring the basis functionality and monitoring SAP operations including performance. In addition, you are responsible for active system optimization, interface configuration, client installations, SSO administration, certificate management, the installation and monitoring of support packages and notes, as well as problem analysis, error correction and incident resolution. The contract term is initially 24 months with the option to extend it three times by a further 12 months each time. The maximum contract term is therefore 60 months.
