TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the extensive and detailed knowledge of your employees in SAP Basis activities and their active and innovative implementation capability, you, as the SAP Basis contractor, are responsible for implementing the underlying administration of the SAP system landscape of UKA. This includes database administration, ensuring basic functionality and monitoring SAP operations including performance. In addition, you are responsible for active system optimization, interface configuration, client installations, SSO administration, certificate management, installing and monitoring support packages and notes, as well as problem analysis, error correction and troubleshooting and disruption resolution. The contract term is initially 24 months with the option to extend it three times by a further 12 months each. The maximum contract term is thus 60 months.
