TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is a bundled flat-rate insurance for the municipal building and inventory stock of the Municipality of Henstedt-Ulzburg in accordance with the insurance conditions attached as Part E and the object declaration attached as Part F. The following risks are to be insured for building insurance: fire, tap water, and storm/hail; and, for inventory insurance: fire, tap water, storm/hail, and burglary/vandalism. According to the current state of the object declaration, the contract covers 95 properties with a total insured sum (buildings) of approximately 310.4 million EUR.
