TENDER DESCRIPTION

The EBW funding guideline creates an important financial incentive, in particular for private property owners and residents, to obtain comprehensive, qualified energy advice. The consultations provide a valuable basis for decision-making in order to plan further investments in economically sensible measures and to make use of the existing efficiency potential. As part of a comprehensive evaluation, for the first time the effects of the EBW funding guideline for the funding years 2019-2025 are to be assessed, in particular also as a contribution to the success monitoring (achievement of targets, effects and cost-effectiveness) required under Section 7(2) BHO. In doing so, proposals for further development of the EBW funding guideline are also to be submitted.
