WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH is constructing 3 new residential buildings in Berlin-Mitte, in the Haus der Statistik quarter, on the building plots A, B and C along Berolinastraße. On the building plots, a total of 284 apartments of different types of accommodation will be created, as well as additional commercial, community and district-related uses in the ground floors. The new buildings will form the focus for residential development within the new quarter and will be supplemented by shared external areas, development and infrastructure measures, as well as shared rainwater management facilities. The general contractor assumes the turnkey implementation of the building plots A, B and C.
