TENDER DESCRIPTION

The WBM Wohnungsbaugesellschaft Berlin-Mitte mbH is constructing 3 new residential buildings in Berlin Mitte, in the Haus der Statistik quarter, on building plots A, B and C along Berolinastraße. A total of 284 apartments of different types of housing as well as additional commercial, community and district-related uses will be developed on the building plots on the ground floors. The new buildings form the main focus of residential construction within the new quarter and are supplemented by communal open spaces, access and infrastructure measures as well as shared facilities for rainwater management. The general contractor is responsible for the turnkey construction of building plots A, B and C. The scope of services includes all services from cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276, including all necessary delivery, planning, coordination and construction services.
