TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the provision of services for Lot 1 “Leadership Campus”, the service provider shall support the delivery of the DFS leadership campus for new executives. The new role as an executive requires new skills—the right balance between controlling and letting go, between demanding and supporting, between one’s own expectations and those of employees. The DFS leadership campus is intended to impart essential leadership basic know-how, central leadership tools and the key communication tools for new leadership positions. The DFS leadership campus includes five modules that take place once a year, with an interval of 3 months between them: Module 1: Corporate and leadership culture Module 2: Self-management Module 3: Leadership Module 4: Management Module 5: Change management and leadership in transition The modules are delivered by the service provider as part of the performance of the contract. DFS-specific input will be supplemented by DFS internal specialists. Currently, two to three event series per year, with eight event days each, are planned. Deviation from the current plans is possible at any time.
