TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the performance of the contract for Lot 1 “Leadership Campus”, the service provider will support the delivery of the DFS Leadership Campus for new managers. The new role as a manager requires new skills — the right balance between control and letting go, between demanding and developing/supporting, between one’s own expectations and those of the employees. The DFS Leadership Campus is intended to impart essential leadership basic know-how, key leadership tools and the essential communication tools for new management positions. The DFS Leadership Campus comprises five modules which take place annually at intervals of 3 months: Module 1: Corporate and leadership culture Module 2: Self-leadership Module 3: Leadership Module 4: Management Module 5: Change management and leadership in transition The modules will be delivered by the service provider as part of the performance of the contract. DFS-specific input will be supplemented by DFS internal specialists. Currently, two to three event series per year are planned, each with eight event days.
