TENDER DESCRIPTION

In the open procedure, STI Bus AG invites tenders for framework agreements for client representative services. The objective is to conclude framework agreements with multiple providers in order to ensure qualified support across different construction assignments and project sizes. The subject matter comprises client representative and project management services for building construction, infrastructure and mixed construction tasks, in particular but not exclusively for the 3 key projects “Hauptsitz Thun/Steffisburg”, “Depot Wilderswil” and “Depot Grindelwald”. For the planning and implementation of the construction projects, models using individual service providers, general planning, general contractor and total contractor, or overall service providers may be used. The decision as to which model is selected is made in accordance with the project process by the contracting authority. The tender is to be aligned with this approach.
